		<description>I agree with your comments about accountability. When my company implemented a company wide policy of weekly status reports the change was remarkable. Absolutely nothing short of amazing.

Prior to making use of weekly status reports we were like a top class orchestra without a conductor. Once everyone got into the habit of completing their weekly status reports everyone started to play together and make sweet music. I know that sounds cheesy, but it was very true, and remains so to this day.

I am looking forward to finding out what the other four reasons are. I think I can guess two or three of them, but can&#039;t put my finger on four.</description>
